Large studio: 2400 sq ft, 1824 sq ft shooting space, 14’ ceiling
small studio: 800 sq ft, 600 sq ft shooting space, 14’ ceiling

Stills Rates:

large studio E - $590 for 10 hours (8am-6pm) or $400 for half day rate (8am-1pm or 1pm-6pm). $450/day editorial rate. Pre-light $150 - pending studio availability. Overtime $75/hr. for up to 45 people at any given time

small studio E - $290 for 10 hours (8am-6pm) or $200 for half day rate (8am-1pm or 1pm-6pm). $225/day editorial rate. Pre-light $100 - pending studio availability. Overtime $50/hr. for up to 15 people at any given time

both studios - $750 for 10 hours (8am-6pm) or $500 for half day rate (8am-1pm or 1pm-6pm). $600/day editorial rate. Pre-light $150 - pending studio availability. Overtime $85/hr.

Motion Rates:

large studio E - $690 for 10 hours (8am-6pm) or $500 for half day rate (8am-1pm or 1pm-6pm). Overtime $100/hr.

small studio E - $390 for 10 hours (8am-6pm) or $250 for half day rate (8am-1pm or 1pm-6pm). Overtime $75/hr.

both studios - $850 for 12 hours or $690 for half day rate (8am-1pm or 1pm-6pm). Overtime $100/hr.

Unbooked emergency overtime is 2x rate.

20% deposit to book, 80% at end of day. Cancellation or postponement charges extra. Credit card pre-auth form is required. 2.9% extra charges on credit cards. E-transfer is recommended.

Event info:

Capacities and extra charges for large number of people / events (includes flexible time outside of normal hours)

large studio E up to 200 people $125/hr minimum 6 hrs. 10 hr event = $1250
small studio E up to 50 people $60/hr minimum 6 hrs. 10 hr event = $600.Porta-johns recommended.

$1800 for both, 250 people capacity, 12 hrs from first crew in to last crew out, and fully cleaned by client crew.

Please inquire for rate for large outdoor lot professional events that do not have loud music or very large crowds, and finish by 11pm.

Events serving alcohol must have liquor license and approved servers.

Non-professional events (parties / performances) also need proper security personnel, and $2000 pre-auth on credit card for damages and/or extra cleanup.
